CEA pushes national standard for DT design and maintenance
The Central Electricity Authority (CEA) held a meeting to advance national standardisation of distribution transformer design and maintenance. The aim is to improve reliability and reduce the average failure rate of about 10 per cent, which results in nearly 1.3 million failures every year.
