Telangana explores hydroelectric projects in Himachal Pradesh

Telangana has announced plans to invest in hydroelectric projects outside its state, starting with Himachal Pradesh, as part of its green energy push.  Telangana’s Deputy Chief Minister and Energy Minister Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka, along with energy officials, held discussions with Himachal Pradesh CM Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu in Delhi regarding the state’s interest in hydro projects under the build, own, operate, and transfer (BOOT) model.
