PFCCL incorporates three new SPVs for key transmission projects

PFC Consulting Limited (PFCCL) has incorporated three new special purpose vehicles (SPVs) to implement power transmission projects in Maharashtra, Andhra Pradesh, and Telangana. These SPVs were formed to execute projects under the Tariff-Based Competitive Bidding (TBCB) framework. The first two SPVs—Wagdari Transmission Limited and Kurnool IV REZ Power Transmission Limited—were incorporated on 14 June 2025. Refex Green Power establishes SPV for 100 MW solar project

Refex Green Power Limited (RGPL), a subsidiary of Refex Renewables & Infrastructure Limited, has incorporated Refex Solar SPV Five Limited to implement a 100 MW solar power project awarded by NTPC Limited. Refex Solar SPV Five, wholly owned by RGPL, has been set up with a paid-up equity share capital of Rs 1 million.  The project will operate under a 25-year power purchase agreement with NTPC.
