Tion Renewables acquires 104MW solar portfolio in Spain from EDPR

Tion Renewables Group has completed a deal with EDP Renováveis (EDPR) to acquire a 104MW solar portfolio in Spain. The financial terms of the deal have not been disclosed. The portfolio consists of four operational solar parks: one in Aragon, which has been running since mid-2022, and three in Andalusia, which became operational in November 2024. Plenitude begins construction of 220 MW solar plant in Salamanca, Spain

Plenitude, an Eni-controlled energy company, has commenced construction of a 220 MW solar plant in Villarino de los Aires, Salamanca, Spain.
