The joint venture (JV) between bp and Iberdrola España has commenced construction of a 25 MW green hydrogen plant in Spain.  The initial phase includes earthworks and the development of a 20,000 square meter plot of land next to the bp refinery in Castellón. Sonnedix has inaugurated its 150 MW Betierra solar project in Castilla-La Mancha, marking the company’s achievement of over 1 GW of owned and operated renewable energy capacity in Spain.  The project consists of three 50 MW solar plants with shared interconnection infrastructure.
