Sprng Power gets approval for transmission line for 250 MW solar project
The Ministry of Power (MoP) has authorised Sprng Power Earth Private Limited to develop a transmission line for its proposed 250 MW solar project in Banaskantha district, Gujarat. The order, dated March 25, 2026, grants the company powers under Section 164 of the Electricity Act, 2003, enabling it to exercise authority similar to a telegraph authority under the Indian Telegraph Act, 1885.
