UltraTech to acquire 26.18% stake in Sunsure solar SPV
UltraTech Cement Limited has agreed to acquire a 26.18% equity stake in Sunsure Solarpark Seven Private Limited, which is developing a 60 MWp DC / 40 MW AC solar project with integrated battery storage in Charkhari, Uttar Pradesh.
