Vedanta Limited has announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Talwandi Sabo Power Limited (TSPL), has resolved long-standing disputes with SEPCO Electric Power Construction Corporation through a settlement agreement. The agreement was signed on 11 September 2025 and provides for full and final closure of all claims and counterclaims between the two parties.
