GAIL invites bids for 7.75 MW floating solar project in Madhya Pradesh

GAIL India has issued a tender for a 7.75 MW grid-connected floating solar project in Vijaipur, Madhya Pradesh, with a bid submission deadline of October 29, 2024. The project will be located within the GAIL Vijaipur complex. The successful bidder will handle the design, engineering, procurement, construction, testing, commissioning, and operation and maintenance (O&M) of the project for five years. The Nigerian government has announced the installation of advanced supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) systems to transform the management of the national power grid.
