Sahaj Solar and Teerth Gopicon form subsidiaries for solar projects

Sahaj Solar Limited has established a wholly-owned subsidiary, Veracity Renewable Energy Private Limited, to develop solar power projects in India.  The new entity will generate, accumulate, distribute, and supply solar power for its use or sale to governments, state electricity boards, power transmission and distribution intermediaries, industrial units, and consumers. Sahaj Solar secures Rs 364.2 million solarisation project in Tripura

Sahaj Solar has won a contract from the Tripura Renewable Energy Development Agency (TREDA) to solarise 2 HP grid-connected agricultural pumps under the PM-KUSUM scheme’s Component C. The project involves designing, surveying, manufacturing, supplying, and commissioning 3 kWp grid-connected power plants with interfacing devices for the pumps.  It also includes a five-year warranty, annual maintenance contract, and insurance coverage on a turnkey basis.
