Round-the-Clock Renewable Energy

Hindustan Zinc has entered into a group captive arrangement with Serentica Renewables to secure 530 MW of round-the-clock (RTC) renewable power. The agreement involves Hindustan Zinc investing Rs 3.27 billion to acquire a 26% stake in Serentica and its affiliates.
