Adani Green Energy Limited has informed stock exchanges that its subsidiary has created two wholly-owned companies focused on renewable power generation. Adani Renewable Energy Holding Eleven Limited, a subsidiary of Adani Green Energy, incorporated Adani Ecogen One Limited and Adani Ecogen Two Limited on September 19, 2025.
