Adani Group has announced plans to invest over Rs 7 trillion in Rajasthan across multiple sectors, including renewable energy. The investment includes developing 100 GW of renewable energy capacity, aiming to create the world’s largest integrated green energy ecosystem. The projects are expected to be implemented over the next five years.

Energy Development Corporation (EDC) has committed USD434 million to expand the Southern Negros Geothermal Project (SNGP). The investment will support new well drilling, pad expansion, road and pipeline network upgrades, and the integration of emerging technologies. Currently, the SNGP operates at a dependable capacity of 221.8 MW across multiple geothermal plants, with this expansion set to strengthen infrastructure and increase output.
