Premier Energies subsidiaries secure Rs 10.87 billion solar contracts

Premier Energies Global Environment Private Limited, Premier Energies International Private Limited, and Premier Energies Photovoltaic Private Limited, subsidiaries of Premier Energies Limited, have secured contracts worth Rs 10.87 billion for the supply of solar modules and cells in India as of November 25, 2024. The contracts include Rs 9.64 billion for solar modules and Rs 1.23 billion for solar cells.  Deliveries are expected to commence in January 2025.

Adani Green Energy establishes new subsidiary for renewable energy projects

Adani Green Energy Limited (AGEL) has established a new wholly-owned subsidiary, Adani Hydro Energy Five Limited (AHE5L), through its subsidiary Adani Saur Urja (KA) Limited.  Incorporated on November 26, 2024, AHE5L is registered in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, with an authorized and paid-up capital of Rs 100,000. AHE5L will generate, develop, transform, distribute, transmit, sell, and supply power through renewable energy sources, including wind and solar.

Solarworld Energy raises Rs 1.1 billion in pre-IPO placement round

BEP secures green lane status for offshore wind projects in Philippines

Carbon Minus wins Rs 39.6 billion contracts for solar projects in Maharashtra

Carbon Minus Energy Private Limited has secured contracts worth Rs 39.6 billion from Maharashtra State Power Generation Corporation (MSPGCL) and Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Company Limited (MSEDCL) for developing 904 MW of decentralized solar power projects across the state.
