REC Power Development & Consultancy Ltd (RECPDCL), a subsidiary of REC Ltd, handed over the special purpose vehicle (SPV) “Tumkur-II REZ Power Transmission Ltd” to G R Infraprojects Ltd (GRIL) on September 3, 2024, in Gurugram.
