Q1 FY26 results

Power Grid Corporation of India (PGCIL) reported a 2.5 per cent fall in net profit to Rs 3,630.58 crore. Revenue rose 2 per cent to Rs 11,196 crore. Net profit margin slipped to 32 per cent from 34 per cent. Operating margin was stable at 85 per cent.  Segment-wise, consultancy revenue grew 120 per cent to Rs 405.92 crore, and telecom rose 18 per cent to Rs 289.49 crore.
