Orient Green Power promoter entities merged into SVL Limited
Orient Green Power Company Limited has informed stock exchanges that two promoter entities, Nivedana Power Private Limited (NPPL) and Syandana Energy Private Limited (SEPL), will be merged into SVL Limited following approval from the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT).
