CVC DIF has sold its 169 MW portfolio of Uruguayan wind farm projects, comprising the Cerro Grande and Peralta wind farms, to Pluspetrol for an undisclosed amount. The transaction, executed by DIF Infrastructure V and DIF Infrastructure VI, marks Pluspetrol’s entry into the renewable energy sector.
