India and Pakistan have exchanged lists of their nuclear installations under a 1988 bilateral pact prohibiting attacks on each other’s atomic facilities.  The exchange, facilitated through diplomatic channels in New Delhi and Islamabad, follows the provisions of the Agreement on the Prohibition of Attacks Against Nuclear Installations and Facilities.
