Neoenergia sells Baixo Iguaçu hydroelectric plant in Brazil

Neoenergia, Iberdrola’s Brazilian subsidiary, has sold its 70% stake in the Baixo Iguaçu Hydroelectric Power Plant to EDF and STOA for 1,430 million Brazilian reals (approximately €240 million).
