NCT recommends two interstate transmission schemes for final clearance

The National Committee on Transmission (NCT) has recommended two interstate transmission system (ISTS) schemes to the Ministry of Power for final approval. These will be implemented under tariff-based competitive bidding (TBCB) and the regulated tariff mechanism (RTM).   One scheme involves the transmission system for evacuating power from renewable energy (RE) projects in Rajgarh (1,500 MW) Special Economic Zone (SEZ) and Neemuch (1,000 MW) SEZ in Madhya Pradesh.
