MSEDCL power supply agreement

Adani Power Limited has received a Letter of Award from Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Company Limited (MSEDCL) for the long-term supply of 1,600 MW of thermal power. The company disclosed the development to stock exchanges on Saturday. The award followed a competitive bidding process in which Adani Power emerged as the lowest-tariff bidder, quoting Rs 5.30 per unit (kWh).
