Synera Renewable to develop offshore wind farm in South Korea

Synera Renewable Energy Group (SRE Group) has partnered with Moondo Wind Energy (MWE) to develop an 840 MW offshore wind farm near Geomundo Island, Yeosu City, in South Korea’s Jeollanam-do Province.  The project, named Moondo Offshore Wind Energy (MOWE), marks SRE Group’s entry into the South Korean market and its second international venture after Northern Kyushu, Japan.
