Matrix Renewables secures €40 million financing for solar projects in Italy

Matrix Renewables has closed a €40 million non-recourse financing agreement with UniCredit to support the development and construction of six solar photovoltaic (PV) plants across Sicily, Campania, and Lombardia. The total capacity of the projects is 40 MW, with construction having begun in September 2024. Operations are expected to start in the first quarter of 2025.
