Waaree secures solar module supply contract from Mahindra Susten

Waaree Renewable Energy Technologies Limited, formerly Sangam Renewables Limited, has won a contract from Mahindra Susten to supply solar modules for the 200 MW/280 MWp Rajasthan Solar Power Project (RUVNL). Under the contract, Waaree will supply its ELITE series, n-type TopCon 580Wp solar modules for the project. Martial Solren achieves financial closure for solar projects in Gujarat and Rajasthan

Martial Solren, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Mahindra Susten, has achieved financial closure for its 400 MW/560 MWp solar power projects in Gujarat and Rajasthan.  The company secured a Rs14.48 billion loan from HDFC Bank and Axis Bank for the projects. Mahindra Susten establishes Steer Hybren for renewable energy projects

Mahindra Susten Private Limited has incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary, Steer Hybren Private Limited, to implement renewable energy projects across India.  Established on November 29, 2024, in Mumbai, Steer Hybren will operate as an Independent Power Producer (IPP), focusing on the production and distribution of power.  The company plans to develop rooftop solar power installations for commercial, industrial, institutional, and residential sectors, in addition to setting up energy storage systems and other renewable energy initiatives.
