Saatvik Cleantech to acquire 49% in Intelligent Hydel Solutions
Saatvik Green Energy Limited has informed the stock exchanges that its wholly owned subsidiary, Saatvik Cleantech EPC Private Limited, signed a Share Purchase Agreement on February 12, 2026, to acquire a 49% equity stake in Intelligent Hydel Solutions Private Limited. The acquisition is part of the company’s expansion strategy through its subsidiary.
