POWERGRID forms Kenya SPV for transmission PPP project
Power Grid Corporation of India Limited (POWERGRID) has incorporated a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) in Kenya for the Kenya Transmission Public-Private Partnership (PPP) Project. The entity, Mwanga Transmission Company Limited, has been registered as a private limited company under the Kenyan Companies Act, 2015.
