NTPC Green and MAHAPREIT form JV for 10 GW renewable energy projects

NTPC Green Energy Ltd (NGEL), a subsidiary of NTPC, has signed a joint venture agreement (JVA) with Mahatma Phule Renewable Energy and Infrastructure Technology (MAHAPREIT) to develop 10 GW of renewable energy (RE) projects in Maharashtra and other states. The joint venture aims to establish renewable energy parks and projects, aligning with NTPC’s goal of achieving 60 GW of RE capacity by FY32.

Samaiden Group forms JV to expand renewable energy portfolio in Indonesia

Samaiden Group has entered into a joint venture (JV) with PT MCS Bina Energi to expand its renewable energy operations in Indonesia. The venture, made through Samaiden SG Private Limited, a subsidiary of Samaiden Group, will focus on solar photovoltaic systems, power plants, and build-own-operate-transfer projects. Samaiden holds a 70% stake in the JV, while MCS holds 30%. Samaiden will contribute technical expertise, while MCS will leverage its local business and regulatory knowledge.

EuroWind and Wind Estate form JV for 186.3 MW wind parks in Denmark

Danish energy companies EuroWind Energy and Wind Estate have established a joint venture (JV) called K/S Blue Holding, combining their wind power assets to create a total capacity of 186.3 MW.
