Juniper Green Energy signs agreement with First Solar for 1 GW of PV modules

Juniper Green Energy has signed an agreement with First Solar to procure 1 GW of advanced Series 7 FT1 cadmium telluride (CdTe) thin-film photovoltaic (PV) modules.  The modules will be supplied over two years and deployed across Juniper Green Energy’s projects in Rajasthan, Gujarat, and Maharashtra during the upcoming financial year. The modules will be manufactured at First Solar’s facility in Chennai, reducing reliance on China’s crystalline silicon supply chains.

Juniper Green, Jakson Green, and RIH Renewables win 200 MW GUVNL wind project auction under Phase VIII

Juniper Green Energy, Jakson Green, and RIH Renewables (EDF Renewables) have won Gujarat Urja Vikas Nigam Limited’s (GUVNL) auction to develop 200 MW of grid-connected wind power projects in India under Phase VIII. JSW, Tata Power, Avaada, Juniper win MSEDCL’s 1,650 MW wind-solar auction

Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Company (MSEDCL) has selected JSW Neo Energy, Tata Power Renewable Energy Limited (TPREL), Avaada Energy, and Juniper Green Energy as the winners of its 1,650 MW wind-solar hybrid auction.
