REC Power incorporates SPVs for Talegaon and Khavda power transmission projects

Bid process coordinator REC Power Development & Consultancy Ltd (RECPDCL) has established two wholly-owned subsidiaries to act as special purpose vehicles (SPVs) for developing interstate transmission system (ISTS) schemes under the tariff-based competitive bidding (TBCB) mechanism. PGCIL completes acquisition of two ISTS schemes for power transmission

Power Grid Corporation of India Ltd (PGCIL) has finalized the acquisition of two interstate transmission system (ISTS) projects awarded through a tariff-based competitive bidding process.  These projects were transferred from bid process coordinator PFC Consulting Ltd (PFCCL) on November 7, 2024. Bidding process underway for ISTS schemes to power green hydrogen

The National Committee on Transmission (NCT) has approved three Interstate Transmission System (ISTS) schemes to support upcoming green hydrogen and ammonia manufacturing units in Gujarat (Kandla and Mundra) and Tamil Nadu (Tuticorin).
