CERC launches probe into GNA Energy after SEBI flags insider trading link
The Central Electricity Regulatory Commission (CERC) has opened a suo motu investigation into GNA Energy Private Limited (GNAEPL), an operator of an Over-the-Counter (OTC) power trading platform.
