NCLT approves Inox Green Energy’s power evacuation business demerger
The National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Ahmedabad Bench, has approved the demerger of the Power Evacuation Business of Inox Green Energy Services Limited (IGESL) into Inox Renewable Solutions Limited (IRSL).
