IMFA signs PPA with Ampin Energy for hybrid renewable supply

Indian Metals & Ferro Alloys Limited (IMFA) has signed a long-term power purchase agreement (PPA) with Ampin Energy Utility One Private Limited for a contracted demand of 40 MW of hybrid renewable power. Serentica signs 75 MW hybrid power deal with Inox Airproducts

Serentica Renewables India Private Limited (SRIPL) has signed a power supply and consumption agreement (PSCA) with Inox Airproducts Private Limited for 75 MW of wind-solar hybrid power. The agreement was formalised on May 5, 2025. Under the deal, SRIPL will supply hybrid renewable energy to four Inox manufacturing sites across four different states in India.  This initiative aligns with broader efforts to reduce carbon emissions in energy-intensive industries.
