Indus Towers invests in 50 MW captive solar project

Indus Towers Limited (ITL) has signed an agreement with Amplus Energy Solutions Private Limited to set up a 50 MW captive solar photovoltaic (PV) power project in India.  As part of the agreement, ITL will invest Rs 270 million to acquire a 26 per cent equity stake in Amplus Tungabhadra Private Limited, the special purpose vehicle (SPV) for the project.
