Gujarat to install 48 MW solar rooftop systems with Rs 1.77 billion budget

The Gujarat government is planning to install 48 MW of solar rooftop systems on government buildings, backed by a Rs 1.77 billion budget. As of March 2024, 56.8 MW of solar rooftops had been installed across government departments, with the new installations set to enhance the state’s solar infrastructure and green energy initiatives.
