Blue Energy to invest Rs 35 billion in electric trucks in Maharashtra

Blue Energy Motors, a key partner in Essar’s green mobility initiative, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Government of Maharashtra to invest Rs 35 billion in establishing an electric truck manufacturing facility.  The facility, set to begin operations in FY 2025-26, will have the capacity to produce 30,000 electric trucks annually.
