GETCO invites bids for GEC-II transmission and transformer projects

Gujarat Energy Transmission Corporation Limited (GETCO) has invited bids for multiple transmission infrastructure projects under the Gujarat Green Energy Corridor (GEC)-II scheme. These include a 765 kV double-circuit (D/C) transmission line and transformer procurement in two separate packages. MNRE expands Green Energy Corridor and promotes open access

The Ministry of New and Renewable Energy (MNRE) is implementing the Green Energy Corridor (GEC) scheme across ten states to enhance renewable energy (RE) evacuation infrastructure.  These states include Andhra Pradesh, Gujarat, Rajasthan, Himachal Pradesh, Karnataka, Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, Kerala, and Uttar Pradesh. GEAPP and UPEIDA to develop 450-500 MW solar park along Bundelkhand Expressway
