Vestas secures 225MW contracts in US, Germany and New Zealand

Vestas has signed contracts for 225MW of wind turbine projects in the US, Germany, and New Zealand, as part of its Q4 2024 order intake. Kansai acquires stake in Windanker offshore wind farm in Germany

Japanese utility Kansai Electric Power has entered into a share purchase agreement with Iberdrola to acquire a 49% stake in the Windanker offshore wind farm project in Germany.  Kansai’s subsidiary, Windanker Investco, will hold the stake, subject to approval from German authorities, while Iberdrola will retain the remaining 51%.
