Genus Power Infrastructure Limited has established a wholly-owned subsidiary named Genus Dhundar Smart Metering SPV Private Limited. This new entity, with an authorized and subscribed capital of Rs 0.1 million, has been created to execute an advanced metering infrastructure service provider (AMISP) contract. The subsidiary will operate within the power infrastructure and distribution sector, focusing on advanced metering solutions.
