Genus Power to acquire full ownership of two AMISP subsidiaries
Genus Power Infrastructures Limited, on February 10, 2026, entered into a Share Purchase Agreement to acquire 100% equity in Himachal Pradesh C Zone Smart Metering Private Ltd. and Genus Assam Package-3 SPV Limited. The acquisition will be carried out by its wholly owned subsidiary, Genus Power Solutions Private Limited.
