QatarEnergy and TotalEnergies partner for solar project in Iraq
QatarEnergy has partnered with TotalEnergies to develop a 1.25 GW (peak) solar photovoltaic (PV) project in Iraq’s Basra region. Awaiting regulatory approvals, QatarEnergy and TotalEnergies will each hold a 50% stake in the solar facility, which ranks among the world’s largest solar projects.
