bp and Iberdrola begin construction of green hydrogen plant in Spain

The joint venture (JV) between bp and Iberdrola España has commenced construction of a 25 MW green hydrogen plant in Spain.  The initial phase includes earthworks and the development of a 20,000 square meter plot of land next to the bp refinery in Castellón. VNG AG and HyCC to develop 500 MW green hydrogen electrolyser in Germany

VNG AG, its subsidiary VNG Handel & Vertrieb GmbH (VNG H&V), and Dutch hydrogen company HyCC are planning to jointly develop a 500 MW electrolyser for green hydrogen production in Lutherstadt Wittenberg, Germany.  The green hydrogen will be used by local industries, including SKW Piesteritz, to reduce carbon dioxide emissions by replacing natural gas. AM Green places largest order for electrolyser with John Cockerill

AM Green has placed an order with John Cockerill for a 1.3 GW advanced pressurised alkaline electrolyser for its existing plant in Kakinada, Andhra Pradesh.
