SEPC Power wins contract for 133 MW solar in Maharashtra

SEPC Power Private Limited has received a Letter of Award (LoA) worth Rs 6,500 million from Parmeshi Urja Limited on June 10, 2025. RSTL and Onix form JV for decentralised solar in Maharashtra

Rama Steel Tubes Ltd (RSTL) has entered a joint venture with Onix Renewable Ltd to establish 225 MW decentralised solar power projects across Maharashtra under the “Mukhyamantri Saur Krishi Vahini Yojana (MSKVY) 2.0”. Kovalam Investment approves solar projects in Madhya Pradesh

The Board of Directors (BoD) of Kovalam Investment and Trading Company Limited has approved an investment for setting up decentralised solar power projects in Madhya Pradesh.  The decentralised solar power projects would be set up under component A of the Pradhan Mantri Kisan Urja Suraksha evam Utthaan Mahabhiyan (PM-KUSUM) scheme of Madhya Pradesh Urja Vikas Nigam Limited (MPUVNL) in the state.

Haryana DISCOM floats tender for 27 MW solar projects

Dakshin Haryana Bijli Vitran Nigam (DHBVN) has issued a tender for 26.75 MW of decentralised, ground-mounted, grid-connected solar projects under Component A of the Pradhan Mantri Kisan Urja Suraksha evam Utthaan Mahabhiyan (PM KUSUM) program. Bids are due by November 25, 2024. The Haryana Power Purchase Centre (HPPC) will purchase power from the projects at a levelised tariff of Rs 3.11/kWh, with 25-year power purchase agreements signed with successful bidders on behalf of DHBVN.

AVVNL invites bids for 269 MW solar projects under PM KUSUM

Ajmer Vidyut Vitran Nigam Limited (AVVNL) has issued a bid invitation for 269 MW of grid-connected solar projects under Component A of the Pradhan Mantri Kisan Urja Suraksha evam Utthaan Mahabhiyan (PM KUSUM) scheme. The submission deadline is set for November 29, 2024. This project includes the design, supply, installation, testing, commissioning, and a 25-year operations and maintenance plan, with provisions for connecting the systems to 33/11 kV substations.
