The Union Cabinet has cleared a six-year, Rs 1,500 crore incentive scheme to boost domestic recycling of critical minerals from secondary sources.  Part of the National Critical Mineral Mission, the scheme will support extraction from e-waste, lithium-ion battery scrap, and end-of-life vehicle parts.
