Borosil Renewables Limited has completed its investment of Rs 178.2 million in Clean Max Prithvi Private Limited (CMPPL) in two tranches. The investment follows Borosil Renewables’ initial acquisition of a 49 per cent stake in CMPPL for Rs 49,000, announced in September 2024.
