The Bihar Electricity Regulatory Commission (BERC) has issued a Consultative Paper proposing generic levellised tariffs for power generated from specified renewable energy sources for FY 2025-26. BERC issues new renewable energy tariff regulations for 2025–28

The Bihar Electricity Regulatory Commission (BERC) has notified the BERC (Terms and Conditions for Tariff Determination from Renewable Energy Sources) Regulations, 2025, establishing a revised framework for renewable energy tariffs in the state. BERC proposes draft regulations for green energy open access

The Bihar Electricity Regulatory Commission (BERC) has released a consultative paper on the draft BERC (Terms and Conditions for Green Energy Open Access) Regulations, 2024. The draft policy enables voluntary procurement of green energy in increments of 25 per cent, up to 100 per cent.
