Union Home Minister Amit Shah inaugurated Gujarat’s largest waste-to-energy plant in Ahmedabad on the eve of the Gujarati New Year.  The PPP-based plant, developed at Piplaj in partnership with Jindal Urban Waste Management Limited, will process 1,000 metric tons of waste daily, generating 15 megawatts of electricity per hour. Adani Total Gas begins blending green hydrogen in natural gas for Ahmedabad households

Adani Total Gas (ATGL) has started blending 2.2-2.3% green hydrogen with natural gas for household cooking in Shantigram, Ahmedabad. This initiative, part of ATGL’s joint venture with Total Energies, will provide hydrogen-blended natural gas to 4,000 domestic and commercial consumers, reducing greenhouse gas emissions.
