    Adani Energy Solutions Limited (AESL) has established three wholly-owned subsidiaries to support its expansion in Maharashtra’s electricity distribution sector. The entities were registered with the Registrar of Companies, Gujarat, on 4 August 2025.     Diamond Power Infrastructure Limited (DPIL) has received a letter of intent from Adani Energy Solutions Limited (AESL) for the supply of 24,080 kilometres of aluminium alloy-59 high-performance conductors.
