Diamond Power wins cable supply order from AGEL

Diamond Power Infrastructure Limited has received a letter of intent from Adani Green Energy Limited to supply 33 kV, 2,126 km high voltage cables and 3.3 kV, 3,539 km solar medium voltage cables. Adani Energy forms new subsidiary Step-Fifteen Limited

Adani Energy Solutions Limited established a wholly owned subsidiary, Adani Energy Solutions Step-Fifteen Limited, on August 27, 2025. The entity will focus on power transmission, distribution, and related infrastructure services. The new company is registered with the Registrar of Companies, Gujarat, Ahmedabad. It has an authorised and paid-up share capital of Rs. 1 lakh. Business operations have not yet started. This is the seventh subsidiary announced by Adani Energy this month.
