ACCIONA Energía sells hydro portfolio to Endesa for €1 billion

ACCIONA Energía has signed an agreement with Endesa for the sale of 100% of Corporación Acciona Hidráulica, S.L., for €1 billion (enterprise value).  The debt-free transaction is expected to generate capital gains of €620 million, with completion anticipated in the first half of 2025, pending antitrust and foreign investment approvals. ACCIONA Energía acquires 300 MW of wind capacity in Texas

ACCIONA Energía has acquired two wind farms in Texas, Green Pastures I and Green Pastures II, each with a capacity of 150 MW.  Located in Baylor and Knox Counties, these fully operational projects were acquired from private asset management firms for $202.5 million, boosting ACCIONA’s total installed capacity in the US.
